Very logical rules, but sometimes hard to live by depending on circumstances (e.g., unexpected events that challenge your financial situation). Still, I would agree that many people put themselves in situations due to belief that they deserve this or that... call it "human behaviour". Constantly learning about ways to make money is a brilliant thing to say as well. I think people try a few things and then quit... the smart ones keep looking until they find "the one" that is a winner, and know it is a winner based on previous experience.
